Founded by Shelly and Josh Richesin, Richesin Ventures represents our shared passion for building businesses that connect communities. From our headquarters in Central Oregon, we have grown our portfolio to include telecommunications infrastructure, broadband services, and technology consulting operations spanning from the Pacific Northwest to Alaska and Hawaii.

Leadership
Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Shelly is a seasoned telecommunications professional with a strong foundation in network engineering, security, and business operations. Holding a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Oregon and additional technical certifications from OIT, COCC, and Lane Community College, she combines academic rigor with practical expertise.
Her career includes network engineering roles at Business Information Technology Solutions, where she specialized in security design, consulting, and project implementation. As Co-Owner and CEO of Sureline Broadband for nearly a decade, Shelly led operations for an internet and VoIP service provider catering to businesses and high-end clients requiring redundant bandwidth and enterprise-grade SLAs. Her analytical skills and strategic vision guide Richesin Ventures' growth and investment decisions.

Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer
Josh brings over 25 years of telecommunications expertise to Richesin Ventures. A resourceful and business-focused technology leader, he has built his career planning, developing, and implementing solutions that drive company growth. His journey spans from systems engineering at TDS Telecom to director-level positions at LS Networks, where he oversaw complex SONET, Ethernet, and voice network operations.
His tenure as Manager of Engineering and Operations at Warm Springs Telecom provided deep insight into tribal telecommunications, expertise that now informs Richesin Ventures' commitment to serving Native communities across Oregon, Alaska, and beyond. Josh holds certifications including JNCIA-Junos and NNCA, and maintains an active amateur radio license, reflecting his lifelong dedication to communications technology.
